The Department of Homeland Security has issued the proposed rules as required by the Act and the public comment period is now open until May 8, 2007.
The purpose of this site it to provide a venue for discussion of issues related to Proposed Rules. After the end of the comment period we will resume discussion of the Real ID Act, possible changes to the Act and potential replacement of the legislation.
